LLB (Hons) or Licence en Droit from the university of Yaounde II Soa,  Post Graduate Certificate or Maitrise in Business law from the university of Yaounde II Soa,   Diplome des Etudes Universitaire General from the university of Yaounde II Soa,  Master in Humanitarian Action and International Cooperation for Development from the International Relation Institute of Cameroon

 

She was admitted into Destiny Law Firm in 2008 as an advocate in training. She is presently a Junior partner in the firm in charge of public relations and member of the review board.  She is also a member of the research committee of the law firm.

 

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Corporate law, Criminal law, Family, Commercial law (OHADA) Banking law, Intellectual Property law,  Property  law, Immigration, Human Rights, Personal injuries and other aspects of insurance law, Diplomatic issues, Advocacy and general legal advice

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Also manages the foreign department in the law firm and working directly under the supervision of the CEO.

Been providing legal advice to  individuals, groups and corporate clients in various aspect of the law.

Drafting various complex legal documents and in performing this function, carry out  research on the law and facts.

Representing various clients including corporate ones in meetings and preparing the necessary legal opinions thereafter.

Representing clients in various courts in Cameroon including the supreme court in various aspect of the law.

Working in corroboration with courts, legal Department, Police and other judicial authorities and government and NGO  authorities

Participating in various legal seminars particularly advocacy trainings and the OHADA

 

She is a member of  Cameroon Lawyers for Human Rights ( NGO ) She is regularly involved with the activities of this organization which has been advocating equal rights for the women in Cameroon  as provided under the constitution and other legal acts in Cameroon as well as international instruments
