EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

She graduated with a Licence en Droit or a Bachelor degree /(LLB) Hons from the University of Yaoundé II Soa Cameroon in 2005.

She further did a Matrise or a post graduate certificate in law from the university of Yaounde Soa Cameroon and graduated with distinction in 2007.

Because of her excellent academic credentials and success in the written and oral tests conducted by Destiny Law firm, she was admitted into the firm as a pupil advocate in training in 2008. She was subsequently called to the Cameroon Bar as Barrister and Solicitor after passing the prescribed professional examinations in 2011

Corporate law, Family, Insurance, Electoral law, Property,  Human Rights, Legal Drafting, Criminal Law, Banking Law, Arbitration, Commercial Law (OHADA), Procedural Law, Conflict resolution, General advocacy and Legal Advise

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Working in close corroboration with the CEO and the Managing Partner on court management matters as head of the judicial affairs section of the Law Firm. She is also member of the legal drafting and  Ethic committees of the Law Firm.

Been providing legal advice to  individuals, groups and corporate clients in various aspect of the law.

Drafting various complex legal documents and in performing this function, carry out  research on the law and facts.

Representing various clients including corporate ones in meetings and preparing the necessary legal opinions thereafter.

Representing clients in various courts in Cameroon including the supreme court in various aspect of the law.

Working in corroboration with courts, legal Department, Police and other judicial authorities and government and NGO  authorities

Participating in various legal seminars particularly advocacy trainings and the OHADA

 

Apart from strict  legal practice, she is also involved in various human rights and humanitarian matters within the North West Region and beyond.
