He holds a Licence en Droit (LLB) Hons from the University of Yaounde, Cameroon. He is Senior and Managing Partner of Destiny Law FirmHe joined Destiny Law Firm in 1992 as an advocate in training and became full advocate in 1996.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He has been in full active legal practice in Destiny law firm since 1996. He managed and ran Destiny law  firm  from 1999 to 2013 in the absence of the CEO who was away on a United Nations assignment. In the course of his duties, he regularly consulted with the CEO on important issues resulting to an increase in the work and achievements of the firm, which has now earned him the position of the MANAGING PARTNER.

Been providing legal advice to  individuals, groups and corporate clients in various aspect of the law.

Drafting various complex legal documents and in performing this function, carry out  research on the law and facts.

Representing various clients including corporate ones in meetings and  preparing the necessary legal opinions thereafter.

Representing clients in various courts in Cameroon including the supreme court in various aspect of the law.

Working in corroboration with courts, legal Department, Police and other judicial authorities and government and  NGOs .

Organizing in door trainings for the lawyers and other workers of the law firm

Participating in various National  seminars on the rule of law and the judicial system in Cameroon.

 

As the vice President of the human rights organization (I.S.H.R)  ran by the law firm, he attended and participated  in various national and International seminars organized  by ISHR  and other human rights organizations.

 

Together with the secretary general of ISHR, they appear in various courts in Cameroon on issues of violation of human rights of individuals and groups.
